Did you check out the new housing post and now you're for accommodation but not sure where to start? Maybe you'd like to look for housing with someone, or pretend to have been randomly selected as roommates! Whatever your reason for being here, please use this post to coordinate or handwave a living situation if you want. About me...

One-line Pitch: Steve and Peggy are a respectable duo, both military, run a tight ship; Steve's a bit of an introvert but totally wants you to join him for a poker game on Saturday nights.
Schedule: Steve wakes up at 5 AM and goes for a run, then is usually asleep by 10 PM. He is an old man. He probably spends most of his day out, or if he's inside, he's usually reading or painting or doing housework because he feels like it.
Honest Ratings:

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Communication - pretty good! But there may be some passag notes on the fridge if you don't clear out your stuff before it gets expired.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness - Couldn't ask for a cleaner pair of roommies.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Noisiness - Unless the house is getting attacked, but then you've got different problems.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Responsibility - Rent is never late, they'll always announce if they're having company unless some sort of emergency happens. The most you'll accidentally walk in on is some slow dancing.
⭐⭐☆☆☆ Chaos - Keeping the 2 stars because Steve did in fact turn into a merman briefly. Also, uh, you probably don't wanna eat his cooking unless it's breakfast or he's grilling.

Pros: He does normal decent housemate things. He reads the newspaper in the morning, doesn't make noise too late, has quiet hobbies except for working out, which he definitely does in a gym (is there a gym?)
Cons: Kinda like living with your parents, honestly.
Aesthetic: Not any yet but I don't have a good feel for regency era interiors so I'm gonna come back to this asap. Open to suggestions!!
Other: Let's have dinner parties and host murder mysteries together!!

I would love to offer up Sersi as a roomie! There's the awkwardness of her knowing of them but not the other way around... but she would definitely want to stick close to people from home.

I don't think I want to be responsible for anyone but myself. I've been in the army and worked in offices full of boys masquerading as men. I'm more than willing to let someone else clean up after those causing messes for a change.

A nice night in with food, wine and music sounds divine to me. Perhaps I'm not cut out for such a scandalous place.
